The Department of Fish and Game is investigating a shooting in San Bernardino County that left one bear cub dead and another possibly wounded. Two men are accused of shooting the two cubs outside a home in Forest Falls early Thursday, reports KTLA.

The baby bears were searching for food in the bed of a pickup truck parked outside the house when the men began shooting, according to Sheriff's deputies. One cub was killed and the other ran away. Notes KTLA, the men were not immediately arrested.
