Another Candidate From the Nut Farm: Roseanne Barr Vies for Green Party Presidential Nod

Roseanne Barr has had a lot of titles—comedian, feminist sitcom pioneer, macadamian nut farmer and national anthem-botcher—but she'd like to add "Green Party Presidential Candidate" to that list.

Barr has taken a few steps in that direction: she officially filed her paperwork with the FEC so she could run for the Green Party nom (an honor that will likely go to Jill Stein), according to the Washington Post.

She tweeted out her platform: "I am pro the Middle and Working Classes, who are being strangled 2 death by dem&repub. Green Party is 4 small business&social safety net."

She's also come up with an official slogan that's pretty tough to argue with:
