Just a few days ago Dennis Hopper's lawyers filed papers in court stating the 73-year-old actor was too frail to sit through a deposition at the hand of his soon-to-be ex wife's lawyer, as the couple continue to haggle out a bitter divorce.

Hopper is suffering from prostate cancer, and reportedly weighs around 100 pounds, however he still appeared in person yesterday on Hollywood Boulevard to take part in the induction ceremony for his star on the Walk of Fame.

The newest star, #2,403, is located at 6712 Hollywood Boulevard, in front of the Egyptian Theatre.
