Actress Jaime Pressly Busted for DUI in Santa Monica

Actress Jaime Pressly, most known for her role on TV's "My Name is Earl," was arrested in Santa Monica last night under suspicion she was driving under the influence. Pressly was pulled over around 11 p.m. last night after authorities witnessed her making a traffic violation. The mother of two, who was alone in the car, was booked and held on $15,000 bail, higher than the typical $5000, says TMZ. The gossip site says experts tell them bail is often higher "is when the driver's blood-alcohol level is higher than .15. [TMZ has] not, however, been able to confirm Jaime's level."
