Missing woman's skull found in desert by dog
Investigators in San Bernardino County have been examining a skull found in the desert. Dental records show it’s that of a 30-year-old woman, Anna James of Landers, who was reported missing over a year ago.
There’s no determination how the woman died.
They’ve looked for more bones, but haven’t found any. A dog dug up the skull, brought it home and put it on a pile of animal bones he’d piled up, until the owner saw it.
