Ten people were injured, some seriously, in traffic accident downtown today near Alameda and 1st street involving two cars and a mini bus from the First Chinese Baptist Church. According to the LA Times the incident was reported around 8:30 a.m. and 38 firefighters responded on the scene near Little Tokyo. Victims were taken to three area hospitals.
