Yoshinobu Yamamoto pitched against the Toronto Blue Jays in game two of the 2025 World Series.

    Topline:

The Los Angeles Dodgers must make a comeback Friday night against the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 6 to stay in the running to bring home a back-to-back World Series title.

What to know tonight: Starting pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto will take the mound for the Dodgers in Toronto. Kevin Gausman will start for the Blue Jays.

Where do things stand? The Blue Jays are up 3-2 after a staggering win in Game 5 on Wednesday. If Toronto takes another win Friday, it’ll be their first World Series win since 1993. But if the Dodgers win, there will be a Game 7 in Toronto.

What happened in Game 5: The Dodgers lost to the Blue Jays 6-1 Wednesday night. Starting pitcher Blake Snell gave up back-to-back home runs at the start of the game, and the Jays kept extending their lead from there.

Where you can watch from home: The game will be broadcast live at 5 p.m. on Fox Channel 11. Or listen to the radio broadcast at 570 AM.
