      Tropical Storm Mario has left a 20% chance of showers today coupled with sticky weather. But come this weekend, it will be drier and warmer.

      Today's temperatures for L.A. County beaches will range from 69 to 78 degrees, and up to 84 degrees for the Orange County coast. Downtown L.A. will see a high of 83 degrees.

      Meanwhile, temperatures for the valleys and inland areas will continue to see highs in the mid-80s, with temperatures topping out at 87 degrees for the Inland Empire. In Coachella Valley, daytime highs will top out at 97 degrees.
