This week attendees of the Anime Expo have been getting dressed in their cosplay finest and heading to the Los Angeles Convention Center. The annual event that kicked off on the Fourth of July is expected to draw over 50,000 throughout the weekend, according to the Los Angeles Times. Some of our fabulous Flickr photo pool contributors have already submitted shots of the fierce costumes at the event inspired by anime, comic books or other pop culture icons. (We'll add more photos as the expo continues.)
