The Smoking Gun has posted the full thirteen page search warrant and affidavit from the Chris Brown/Rihanna Case (beware, this is an intense document). Brown was arraigned today in court for two felony counts of assault and criminal threats. If convicted, he could spend up five years in prison or be put on probation. He arrived at the LA Superior Courthouse this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. finding that his case will be continued on April 6. TMZ is broadcasted a live stream of the events from outside the courthouse. UPDATE: "Chris Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos did not enter a plea to the two felony charges. In a proceeding that took roughly 4 minutes and 20 seconds, the judge granted Brown's request to move the arraignment to April 6th," reports TMZ.

So let me get this straight. First she violates his privacy by reading his personal text messages, then starts a verbal argument with him.
Then she refuses to get out of the car of the man who is apparently growing "increasingly violent" in the past few months.
Then after he pushes her into the window, punches her a few times, that causes her mouth to fill with blood that splats on her clothes and the car, and puts in her a HEADLOCK - she still does NOT get out of the car.
Then she manages to take the keys and sit on them(after they've been driving and him still punching her) - continuing to infuriate him, and continues to sit there while he punches her all over. THEN FINALLY she decides that maybe she should leave???
Not to say she had it coming, but seriously, shouldn't the first punch be an indication to get the @#$% out of the car?
Well, they're still dating so I'd have to say she's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
obviously both need counseling. it's hard to get out of an abusive relationship.
FYI - it was a rented car. she probably wasn't familiar with how to get herself out. but honestly, how in the hell can you THINK straight when your boo is beating the crap out of you!?!?

The car appeared to be moving virtually the whole time, did you expect her to jump out while he was driving?
And, if you knew anything about a Lambourghini, that'd be virtually impossible because of the vertical door.
The only way she'd get out of the car is if she kept it stationary long enough, but he pretty much made getting out impossible after she took the keys because he punched her repeatedly and choked her.

The mofo admitted he did in fact beat her, at least that's what the affidavit points to on the last page.
The judge better not accept a plea from this douche. His ass needs to go to jail to serve the maximum time allowed under the law.
