Nude Beach Can Stay Nude Says Judge

The state this summer announced a planned crackdown of the Trail 6 nude beach at San Onofre State Beach. But before that could happen, nudists fought back by suing and winning, temporarily at least.

Judge Sheila Fell said nudity at the beach is okay until she makes her final decision, which could take up to 90 days, but is expected much sooner than that, according to the LA Times.

At issue is that the state changed a long-standing policy from the 70s without hodling a public comment period. That policy "suggests citations be made only after a member of the public complains and the violators fail to voluntarily cover up." The state would like to skip those parts and write up some citations to stop the nudity.

99% of nudists are nasty old freaks who you would never want to see nude.
