Win VIP Passes to LA Weekly Detour Music Festival

Following a successful debut festival last year which brought in over 12,000 music lovers, LA Weekly is going all out with a second huge bash right in the heart of Downtown. Yes, it’s time once again for Detour. 'Nuff said.

You can see the sweet list of artists in the graphic above, headlined by British rockers Bloc Party and French mixers Justice. With four stages featuring an eclectic group of acts from around the world, it is guaranteed to be one hell of a night, whether you’re going to be rockin’, dancin’, or a little of both.

Boost Mobile has hooked us up with a pair of VIP passes to the October 6 event and we know there’s at least a few of you out there that are ready to party on LAist. Where you at?

If you want to go, leave a comment and tell us which band or DJ out of the more than thirty performers that you would most like to meet backstage. (And if you happen to meet that artist while making use of your badass VIP pass, we want some pics!) We’ll pick a winner at random from the entrants. Registered commentors only please - if you're not signed up, sign up, it's free and easy. The contest will close at 12 pm on Sunday.

Tickets are still available if you don't end up being the lucky winner, with a portion of the proceeds going to Tree People, which seeks sustainable solutions to urban ecosystem problems in LA.
