Fall Out Boy Signing Autographs in Their Own Blood

The kids really do get everything. Earlier we told you about a Dodger fan who heckled a future Hall of Famer out of his jockstrap. Now we're getting verification about a rumor we heard that Fall Out Boy were autographing some stuff In Blood!

Is that emo enough for you, whiners?

Lizy who works extensively on FOB's friendsorenemies here in LA took pictures and had this to say about the scene:

"About a month ago, we shot a video of FOB getting their blood drawn, mixing it with paint and signing some autographs for fans with it. It was a very unusal shoot, one of my favorites that I've gone on. They guys seemed pretty into the experience, and were very happy to talk about how important it is to donate blood- I am glad that came through in the videos", she said.

LAist: tell us a little more about the blood, was it gross?

lizy: it was gross cause it was bloody, but the doc was very calming and the dudes were really good sports. I am overwhelmingly squeamish, so I was kind of queasy for some of it.

did they seem dizzy and lightheaded when they were done?

lizy: eh a little, they were ok. it was very fun to watch. once they recovered they got right back to rehearsing. anyways, these were shot at FOB's rehearsal studio, before they left for the Honda Civic Tour right before they hit the stage to practice. I also got to talk to the Rock Doc, the dude taking the blood- who is an interesting character as well, and has experienced many years of crazy Hollywood medical drama (I believe he was the house Dr. at the Wiltern, and is now the Dr. on call at Chateau Marmot so I'm sure you can imagine...)
