If you're confused by Lost, congratulations on being an idiot. The only thing I find confusing is why the fuck it comes on at 10 pm now...

The problem with shows like 'Lost' is that they force people to invest in them from episode 1 and a lot of people can't do that or they miss out on the first few and find it extremely difficult to get up to date. ABC has done a poor job with 'Lost' on providing multiple viewings of the same episodes during the same season or shortly afterwards. 'Heroes', on the other hand, had been extremely well supported in this regard by having season one rebroadcast at least 3 times on the SciFi channel alone. A lesson is to be learned there.

Too true. Judging from the promos ABC ran at the end of the 6 episode run last fall promising 16 back to back episodes with no reruns, I'd say ABC has taken the lesson to heart.

Then again anyone with a two dollar DVD player and a netflix account or blockbuster card can get up to speed rather quickly. It's how I got into the show in the first place... Not to mention tivo...

My advice to anyone who isn't up to speed is NOT TO WATCH. Rent the DVDs instead.
