Why do companies still make robocalls?
The FCC will soon vote on tougher regulations to block callers, in response to the thousands of complaints they receive each year.
The California Department of Public Health announced Wednesday that it has set up an Ebola hotline call center to respond to injuries related to Ebola.
While the FCC tightens up regulations around robocalls, many companies still find them cost effective as marketing tools.
