Where to find the best lechon and mojitos in Cuba
Our intrepid food contributor Bill Esparza recently traveled to Cuba and found there are good eats to be found ... if you know where to look for them.
Guarapo is a drink made from sugar cane. Small stands called guaraperos take stalks of sugar cane and squeeze the juice into a pitcher. The juice is poured into glasses pre-loaded with ice cubes, unfiltered, giving it a nice touch of grassy stalk.
