West Hollywood's "The Factory" has been added to a national list of endangered buildings. Take Two's Alex Cohen speaks with LA magazine editor and Southern California historian, Chris Nichols about the challenges of building preservation in Los Angeles.

The Factory in West Hollywood has been added to a national list of endangered buildings.

The annual list by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, which came out Wednesday, highlights the 11 Most Endangered Historic Places in America.

Chris Nichols, LA Magazine editor and Southern California historian, told more about the challenges of building preservation in Los Angeles.
