But first we’re going to go back a bit in the life of CA Congressman Kevin McCarthy. We’ll start November 5th and weave through January 2nd, a two month stretch where it sounded like he had trouble accepting the fact that Donald Trump lost the election. Keep in mind that this whole time, Wyoming congresswoman Liz Cheney would publicly not buy into Trump’s false claims of election fraud and called Trump out for inciting the insurrection. Because of all this, McCarthy engineered Cheney’s removal as House GOP conference chair.
