At many offices around the country, employees may get time off for the birth of their child. They may receive sick time for taking care of a little one under the weather.
A growing number of visa requests by U.S. employers for foreign workers with 'specialized knowledge' in their fields are reportedly being turned down. The majority of workers denied have been Indian nationals.
