Last night, packs of young people swept through Hollywood, stealing cell phones and souvenirs from local shops.

Police arrested 12 suspects in a rash of violent robberies near the busy intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.
