The new film 'Meadowland' explores the different responses of two parents whose child is kidnapped.

The new film "Meadowland" stars Luke Wilson and Olivia Wilde as parents Sarah and Phil, whose lives are turned upside down when their son goes missing. But their responses to the tragedy couldn't be more different.

The film, written by

, explores these differences.  

"Meadowland" marks the directorial debut of Reed Morano, though she is no newcomer to film, she's worked as a cinematographer on dozens of films and television shows including "The Skeleton Twins" and "Frozen River." 

Morano joined host Alex Cohen to talk about the film.
