Emile Hirsch on his new role in 'The Motel Life'

Actor Emile Hirsch has made a name for himself with riveting performances in films like "Into the Wild" and "Milk."

His latest film is called "The Motel Life." He plays Frank Lee — a working class guy with an affinity for whiskey, living in a Reno motel with his brother Jerry, played by Stephen Dorff.

But the two have to split town after Jerry gets into trouble and hits a child with his car in the middle of a snowstorm.

Actor Emile Hirsch joined Alex Cohen to talk about the film and also about his upcoming turn as Clyde Barrow in the TV movie "Bonnie and Clyde: Dead and Alive."
