A good night's sleep. It sounds simple enough, but it's an issue which plagues plenty of parents, especially ones with babies and young children.
Lots of parents are convinced that their kids are "bad sleepers" who are never caught up on enough rest. But new research shows that how well mom or dad sleeps can actually affect a parent's perception of how well their child sleeps.
