Dorothy Green, the founder of Heal the Bay, passed away this week. Along with cleaner beaches and waterways, she leaves behind an organization that now boasts 15,000 members.
Among Dorothy's many accomplishment's was getting the word out about sewage and other contaminants being dumped into Santa Monica Bay.
