The Orange County Museum of Art in Newport Beach opened its Biennial last weekend, featuring more than fifty California artists, mostly up and comers. Off-Ramp producer Queena Kim went to the opening and spoke with curator Lori Firstenberg and artist Jedediah Caesar.
