William Manjarrez, Jr. from La Verne has been involved in over 50 high speed police chases. Frank Stoltze talks with the get-away driver at an art exhibit at CSULA.
Manjarrez has been in and out of prison over 19 years, but says he's left behind the drugs and drive-bys. He displays "La Verne" proudly across his abdomen - that's not his girlfriend, that's his hometown.
