Listen in with John as police and fire crews clean out a homeless camp that was suspended thirty feet above a downtown LA street. Someone managed to get a sofa up there, and lived with the exhaust and the pigeons for a couple years.
LAPD officers climbed the city fire department's ladder truck to remove the accumulations of a homeless person who lived on top of a ventilator that spans Figueroa Street under the First Street bridge. Some of that trash fills the street below.
