Police are investigating the events leading to an officer-involved shooting of a man who tried to run over police with his car outside a nightclub in North Hollywood early Saturday morning. The suspect, who remains at large, is now wanted for felony hit-and-run with serious bodily injury, sexual battery and attempted murder on a police officer.

Members of the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW) planned a candlelight vigil for 8:15 p.m. Wednesday evening at Kaiser L.A.
