Tuesdays are Wing Night at Delphine in Hollywood

Wing night can be messy, from the sauce-laden chicken to the crowds at your favorite watering hole serving up the special. To give a weeknight a fun boost, Hollywood's Delphine has launched Tuesday Wing Nights.
Executive Chef Sascha Lyon has taken one of his favorite "grub" foods and offers variations on a theme on the menu, which includes flavor twists like Thai Red Curry, Truffle Cheese, and BBQ Beer With Green Chili. The standouts, though, are the two that play with honey and spice: Honey Sriracha and Spiced Honey. Wing baskets are $4.50, and sides, like a beautiful potato salad, are $3. You can mix and match to make a meal, or zero in on one basket for a snack.
To pair with your wings, the bar has a couple of special cocktails (The Honey Bee, $7 and Early Tea, $6) as well as beer specials.
Sure, you can ogle the television sets in the bar area showing the game, but otherwise, "wing night" at Delphine gives a little class to the snack experience. The Wing Night menu is available every Tuesday night, all night.
