What to expect today
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among the scheduled speakers at today's memorial service at San Francisco City Hall, where Feinstein launched her political career more than 50 years ago.
Also scheduled to speak is Feinstein's granddaughter, Eileen Mariano.
- President Joe Biden will deliver remarks by video.
- Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to attend, as well as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York.
- Gov. Gavin Newsom is expected to attend, as well as former Gov. Jerry Brown.
The 1 p.m. service is no longer open to the public due to security concerns, according to Feinstein's office.
