In just the past few months, Katt Williams has spent the better part of his time pissing off fans when he doesn't show up to perform, pissing off fans when he does show up to perform and racking up arrests with his bizarre, violent antics across state lines. We hadn't paid much attention to Williams before but he's back in town now and he hasn't lost steam (not that he was a model citizen before).

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services conducted a welfare check on his home on Friday night and reported that they found more than one firearm, at least one of which had been reported stolen, according to the Los Angeles Times. The 41-year-old comedian, whose given name is Micah Sierra Williams, was arrested and released on bail later that night.

Authorities were mum on how many kids are living in the home or whether any were removed, but later on Williams told TMZ that the department did take his children away from him. He gained little sympathy by complaining, "How do you keep kids safe without guns?" Williams headed to the club not long after he was released with his friend Suge Knight, who got in a brawl.

Williams will be due in Van Nuys Superior Court on January 25 on charges of child endangerment and possession of a stolen firearm.
