Halle Berry's Thanksgiving Day Baby Daddy Drama
Things got a little heated over at Halle Berry's Hollywood Hills house on Thanksgiving, and it wasn't from the turkey in the oven. Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, got into a fistfight with Berry's fiance outside Berry's home.
Aubry, 37, became involved in an argument with Olivier Martinez, 46, during a "custodial hand-off" of Berry's 4-year-old daughter with Aubry, Nahla, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, reports City News Service.
The altercation escalated into a physical dispute, and while Martinez was restrained by Berry's private security team, Aubry was ultimately arrested by the LAPD and booked into Metropolitan Detention Center.
Both men needed medical attention at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for "non-life-threatening injuries," say authorities.
Aubry was released on $20,000 bail, and is due in court December 13. TMZ reports that a judge issued an emergency protective order requiring Aubry stay at least 100 yards from Berry, their daughter and Martinez.
