DAVID GREENE, host:
Good morning. I'm David Greene.
Throw this dog a bone. In Britain, a little Jack Russell terrier named Jake was out strolling with his owner. That's when things got hairy. Jake chased a rabbit down a hole and got himself stuck for 25 days. The key to survival for Jake was losing a quarter of his body weight until finally, he was able to crawl out and find his owners. They tell the BBC Jake is all skin and bones but recovering well and accepting gifts.
