And today's last word in business is an idea of independent-minded real estate investors. Or maybe we should say independence minded. Because this is an opportunity to buy your own country. The world's smallest nation is up for sale. The principality of Sealand. It's an island about seven miles off the coast of England and was built during World War II as an anti-aircraft base.
Today it is mostly a fort perched on two concrete towers. It's artificial. It does have its own flag, its own stamp, currency and passports. The current ruler, a self-styled Prince Roy, told the BBC that he has been approached by possible buyers interested in more than just real estate. They want the power to pass their own laws.
