Michelle Faust Raghavan, Health Care Reporter

We're living longer than ever before. What are we doing to get ready as California rapidly ages? I connect aging adults and caregivers with information, experts, and policy makers to help them understand risks and bridge the gaps in care.
I also co-author the LADYist column about women's health.
I've covered the complexities of the health care policy and what it means for real people since 2014 and have been working in public radio newsrooms and hosting news programs since 2011. In that time, my work has been recognized for creativity and innovation.
I'm a lifetime member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, an experienced public speaker, and, when I'm not reading or reporting the news, I mentor student journalists with the Next Generation Radio project.
