Mel Gibson's Rant: Joe Eszterhas Releases Recording He Says Proves the F Word-loving Actor Needs "psychiatric help"

The feud between actor Mel Gibson and screenwriter Joe Eszterhas has now reached epic proportions following Eszterhas' release of Gibson ranting in an expletive-loaded tirade that Eszterhas says proves the actor needs help.
The recording, provided by Eszterhas to TheWrap, was recorded by Eszterhas' 15-year-old son Nick, who recorded Gibson's outburst on his iPod while at Gibson's Costa Rica home in December.
Eszterhas says he is letting the recording go public because Gibson has publicly denounced him and accused the screenwriter of being a liar. He told TheWrap that he also suspects Gibson is "creating a PR blitz questioning my truthfulness."
The recording is a doozy: Gibson, in the presence of several other showbiz friends/houseguests, screams about his controversial film project with Eszterhas (The Maccabees) and his anger at his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva. "But mostly the recording captures an unhinged, angry Gibson storming around his Costa Rica property, knocking over a totem pole," explains TheWrap, adding: "According to Eszterhas and his family, Gibson also threw a cellphone."
TheWrap also published a transcript of the f-bomb heavy rampage. Here it is, with a caution that it has very explicit language:

In response to the audio's release, Gibson is now hinting he might sue Eszterhas. TMZ reports:
Sources connected with Mel tell TMZ ... the actor believes he has a "basic human right" NOT to be secretly recorded in his own home. We're told Mel's people are looking at the laws of Costa Rica to determine if recording laws were violated and, even if they weren't, if Mel's right of privacy was violated by the release of the audio.
“The bottom line is it shows to me he badly needs help,” Eszterhas told TheWrap. “My interest isn’t to damage him with this tape but to prevent damage being done to others, starting with Jews, including Oksana and now, I’m sure, me. I strongly believe that unless he seeks and receives some kind of psychiatric help, someone is going to get hurt.”
The screenwriter adds that his son, Nick, insisted his dad release the recording. His reason: "This tape shows [Gibson] the way he really is."
