According to Sigalert, in addition to the closure of all the westbound lanes, the two left lanes on the eastbound I-10 are blocked.

A CHP press release stated that as of 3 p.m. I-10 will stay closed in that area for cleanup and removal of the tanker truck. It also said traffic in the area is being diverted off the freeway.

Both drivers involved in the crash were taken to Kaiser of Fontana for minor injuries, according to the press release.

CHP Inland Division Spokesman Steve Carapia said that a call came in around 12:25 p.m. that an incident had occurred. He said that the tank was leaking, and it is unknown how many gallons spewed onto the road. He also said that it's unknown how long the closure will last.
