A man in his 40s was stabbed and killed around 2 a.m. Monday outside the Glendale courthouse, a Glendale Police Department public information officer told KPCC. A possible fight led to the stabbing, briefly closing the building.

Another man in his 30s was also stabbed and wounded, according to Glendale PD. That man was how police found out about the stabbings, as he walked across the street to the Glendale Police Department to seek help. Police followed his trail of blood across the street and found the man in his 40s dead.

Police hadn't been able to question the man in his 30s yet, but planned to once he more fully recovered, according to Glendale PD. No arrests have been made, and police believe that the two stabbing victims were the only two people involved in the fight. The dead man had not yet been identified.
