MAP: After slight decline, gasoline prices edging higher in Southern California
Gasoline prices in Southern California have only varied by a few pennies in recent weeks.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County Friday is $3.74, the second highest in California. The highest average price in the state is $3.78 in San Luis Obispo County. The lowest: $3.45 in Yuba City.
The Orange County average price is $3.71.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is $3.70. The average price in the Inland Empire has fallen three of the last four days after rising 21 times in the previous 24 days, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
