Port workers rally against automation
The Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners was set to decide on whether to approve a key construction permit. A first step toward installing infrastructure that would let automated cargo trucks operate.
This is the latest effort to expand automation — two facilities at the ports already use driverless vehicles.
