MGM Resorts sues victims of Las Vegas shooting to dodge liability

MGM Resorts sues victims of Las Vegas shooting to dodge liability
Dozens were killed and hundreds were injured in a mass shooting on the Las Vegas strip last October. Now MGM Resorts is suing the victims to bring the lawsuit from the state to federal court system, hoping the federal court will be more likely not to find the company liable for the tragedy.
