Landslide partially closes Pacific Coast Highway near Temescal Canyon Road in Pacific Palisades (MAP)

Previously: Authorities say a landslide has closed northbound lanes of the Pacific Coast Highway at Temescal Canyon Road and they'll remain closed at least during the morning commute.
Those driving north on PCH are being directed to turn onto Temescal Canyon and take Sunset Boulevard for about 3.5 miles to get back onto the PCH.
The slide at about 5 a.m. closed the major coastal route at Temescal Canyon Road in the Pacific Palisades area.
TV news reports showed a bulldozer moving dirt from the landslide, which came down a hillside from a home above. Lawn furniture was stuck in the slide.
No injuries are reported. Below is a map with the location of the northbound lane closure and the detour route:
