The race to represent the 25th Congressional District, which includes cities like Simi Valley and Palmdale, has taken an odd turn.
A ban was imposed on videotaping, audio recording or taking pictures at a Thursday night debate between Republican incumbent Steve Knight and Democratic challenger Katie Hill.
