Grab your PEZ dispenser and put on your puffy shirt because "Seinfeld: The Apartment" opened Wednesday in West Hollywood.
The pop-up installation is put on by Hulu as a promotion for its release of all nine "Seinfeld" seasons in June. It'll be on display in L.A. through Sunday.
The exhibit features a real-world version of Jerry Seinfeld's Upper West Side apartment with items on display from the original "Seinfeld" set. (You can see photos in the slideshow above!) It first debuted in New York City this summer with an estimated 10,000 people attending throughout its five-day run.
Here's what the scene looked like in L.A. Wednesday morning. In the first 30 minutes of opening, more than 100 fans came through the door.
Before you visit "Seinfeld: The Apartment," here are some tips from a life-long fan:
- Before you enter Jerry's apartment, make sure to take a peek into Kramer's reversepeephole.
- Once you're inside, check out the Junior Mints box atop Jerry's refrigerator.
- Keep an eye out for a photograph of Jerry Seinfeld's real-life father, which actually appears on the show. It hangs left of the front door.
- Take advantage of the seductive photo shoot just like George Costanza in "The Package."
- During your photoshoot, make sure to look for Fusilli Jerry on the side table.
- Get there early. Each day, the first 50 visitors will receive a mini Festivus pole.
The Apartment will be on display from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday at 8445 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. Admission is free.
