Governor Jerry Brown signs his 16th and final state budget
Jerry Brown, who has served more years as California's governor than anyone else, signed his final state budget Wednesday. That's some 43 years after he signed his first state budget.
The latest version earmarks more than $201 billion in spending. Brown noted that it includes more funding for K-12 education, making college more affordable and addressing issues of high housing costs and homelessness.
