College Athlete Endorsement Bill Goes To Governor Newsom
On Wednesday, the California senate gave final approval to a bill that would allow California’s college athletes to profit from endorsements. If signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom, the law would be in conflict with NCAA rules that ban college athletes from signing endorsement deals.
