Search warrants served in Hollywood severed head murder investigation
Search warrants have been served in the Hollywood Hills murder investigation following a human head and severed body parts being found in Bronson Canyon below the Hollywood sign, according to the L.A. Times. CBS Los Angeles reports that an arrest has been made, but the Times reports that sources told them no arrests have been made.

When called for comment, LAPD Media Relations told KPCC they hadn't been notified of an arrest by detectives and couldn't confirm an arrest at this time.
KFI reports that detectives searched an apartment building and car in Hollywood Thursday and were questioning a man about the case. KFI cited LAPD officials.
Investigators were seen entering the lobby of an apartment building near LAPD's Hollywood Station, south of where the body parts were found, KFI reports.
KFI added a neighbor said a tenant left with detectives shortly after noon.
