For the second weekend in a row, hordes of Southern Californians will be in the desert (thanks, Coachella!), so take advantage of the smaller crowds at other shindigs — like a giant book fair, Record Store Day celebrations, a "spring fling" festival for the arts and more. See our full roundup.

Bergamot Station Arts Center Spring Fling 

Brace yourself for a major inspiration overload (in a good way, of course) and soak up over 25 gallery exhibitions, local vendors, food and more. From silent disco yoga to interactive art project booths, the sprawling creative arts complex will provide a plethora of opportunities to get those creative juices flowing. Pro tip: Avoid any potential road rage situations and take the Metro for an easily accessible journey.
