Cupcakes to Cones: Sprinkles Ice Cream is Almost Here!

When Sprinkles announced they were going to open up a "Cupcake Automat" (aka the infamous "Cupcake ATM") outside their flagship Beverly Hills store, they also revealed they were going into the ice cream biz.
Maybe you forgot in all the "OMG! Cupcake machine!"-induced spazz outs and media blitz (guilty!) but Sprinkles wants to remind you that they have been busy getting their cupcake goodness translated into ice creaminess.
It's still not open, but they are doing a damn good job of tantalizing lovers of cupcakes, red velvet, and--of course--ice cream with a couple of just-posted Facebook photo teasers.
Don't fret: It won't be too long before you can get your licks in. Sprinkles Ice Cream opens on Thursday, May 24 at 10 a.m.
