For the eighth year, Project by Project, which is a national volunteer-run Asian Pacific American non-profit organization, is hosting their Plate by Plate benefit, which is a food and wine tasting event that brings together premiere chefs, spirits, and wineries all for a good cause, the Health Justice Network. The goal of the Health Justice Network is to "advance the right to quality healthcare and promote the development of community leadership and advocacy," and all net proceeds will go to the recipient.

What goes to you is the great food and drink the evening offers, which includes some phenomenal local chefs and restaurants (JiRaffe, Craft, Roy’s, Gonpachi, The Foundry, Thompson Hotel Bond, Bistro LQ, Café Pinot, One World, The Blvd, Nobu, Mo-Chica, Musha, Starry Kitchen, Susina Bakery, Jamaica’s Cakes, Valerie Confections, Maison Akira, La Cachette Bistro, Jar, Charlie Palmer, Plush Puffs, and Yogurtland) and vintners, brewers and distillers (Limoncello, Derby Winery, Vavo, Kiamie Wine Cellars, Naja Tea, Nestle, and DRY Soda).
